Bio

Greg Austin is Assistant Professor in the Department of Gender & Race Studies. He earned his PhD in political science while he was a Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) Doctoral Scholar. His research and teaching primarily concern activism and resistance in African American/Queer politics, African American/Queer social movements, and mixed-race political subjectivity.
