Assistant Professor: Decolonialism, Migration, and International Social Movements

The Department of Gender and Race Studies at the University of Alabama is looking for a dynamic scholar to fill the position of Assistant Professor to begin in the fall 2018, with expertise in any of the following research areas of 1) decolonialism, 2) migration, and 3) international social movements. The successful candidate will be a tenure-track faculty member of the Department of Gender and Race Studies and will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, maintain an active research agenda, and perform professional service in keeping with rank and position.
